For orders under €35,- you pay €5,95 shipping costs for deliveries in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Transport, delivery and shipment at RHR Pets

All our orders in Europe are delivered with DPD (or a partner of DPD, Seur, Chronopost, Postnord and more). With an average delivery time of 1-2 working days in the Benelux, 3-5 rest of Europe, they remain the ideal carrier.

DPD delivers your order from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:30. We will send you a track & trace code on the day of dispatch. This allows you to easily check where your parcel is located.

Upon delivery you will have to sign for receipt. Without this signature, your order will not be delivered. This way, your parcel is always traceable. Make sure you are at home or that your neighbours, for example, can receive the package. Our supplier will leave a note in your letterbox to let you know where to find your order.

We will make sure your parcel is well packed. Thanks to DPD, we can ship parcels up to 31.5 kg. If you place an order that is heavier, it will be delivered in several boxes.

All deliveries from RHR Pets arrive at your home under DPD's supervision. This means that DPD can be held responsible for the delivery. This applies when a partner company delivers on behalf of DPD.

What if I am not at home?

Not at home on the day of delivery? No worries, DPD will always try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours. Thanks to a note in the letterbox, you will immediately know where to find the parcel.

Are your neighbours not at home either? Then DPD will take the parcel to the nearest parcel point.

You can find all information on the location of your parcel on the note in the letterbox or via the tracking code DPD sent you by e-mail.

Your order will remain available at the parcel point for a fortnight. If you do not pick it up within that period, it will be automatically returned to us.
