This is my second purchase from CTK. Last one was approximately five or six years ago . It's still in really good condition. These cat trees do not end up in landfill like so many that are cheaply constructed. It's stood up to three cats during this time. I purchased this separate one for our newest member of the household. Our ginger ninja loves his bed right at the front door for optimal bird viewing. Having high comfortable sleeping areas for cats in multiple households can really help reduce anxiety. Works better than pheromone diffusers or calmative treats in my opinion. Very solid construction. Extremely simple to put together so doesn't really need instructions but the instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. Lovely, plush and well padded. Quick dispatch and delivery. Thanks.
