This is so sturdy and looks great, our cat LOVEs it. He loves climbing it with his claws and diving into his bowl.
Without a doubt the best made cat trees in the marketplace. Great construction, easy assembly, etc. my only complaint is the configuration of the trees. I have two different tress and with both of them there is not an easy and staircase setup for the cats to get up and down the trees. In both cases I have had to add a modified ramp or pedestal to keep them from needing to make a high jump to get off the tree. This would be my sole recommendation for improvement.
It's solid, well made, and heavy enough I'm not afraid my 2 large cats are going tip it over no matter what shenanigans they get up to on it. This is literally the third cat tree I've purchased in the past 18 months. The first was simply too small for my cats to get into the cubby holes or lounge comfortably. The second, purchased through Costco was a huge disappointment as it was wobbly from the first assembly. We tried tightening everything up, but the posts were essentially sisal covered wrapping paper tubes and the hardware inadequate. It was spindly and the posts actually bowed at the joints under even my lighter cat's weight. I should have skipped all that and gone straight for this one. It's more expensive; and from experience, worth it.
This is our second purchase from cat tree king. Our two Ragdolls have already moved in. Very sturdy and easy to assemble, very sturdy and they also look good.
